Payment

Payment will be made at the end of each treatment session. We are a cashless service, and therefore payment must be made by card at the end of each session.

Insurance Companies

We are currently registered with Nuffield Health. All insurance patients are seen by a fully qualified physiotherapist.

Students

Winchester Health Clinic is a subsidiary of The University of Winchester, and is therefore created to be a learning environment. Student physiotherapists will be a normal feature of the clinic and as such you may be wholly for partially treated by a student. All sessions will be overseen by a qualified therapist.

Consent

By signing up to these T&Cs you are consenting to being assessed and treated within the clinic. The treating student or therapist will always gain further verbal consent and explain exactly what they are doing, and the reasons for it. You have the right to stop treatment at any time.

Clothing

Please come to your appointment appropriately dressed. For example if you have a shoulder complaint, please wear a top that will allow the therapist to see and assess your shoulder joint, if you have a hip or knee complaint, please wear shorts that allow movement of these joints whilst keeping your dignity.

Possessions

You are responsible for all of your personal possessions whilst in the department.
